The Coordinated Community Supports Partnership Program is a collaborative initiative between the Community Action Agency and Annapolis Middle School, designed to provide comprehensive behavioral health support to students and families throughout the school year and summer.
What We Do:
- On-Site Presence: Our team is based within Annapolis Middle School, offering direct support Monday through Friday (and on weekends, evenings as needed).
- Behavioral Health Services: We deliver evidence-based behavioral health interventions to promote student well-being.
- Family Engagement: Through our 2 Generation Whole Family Approach, we connect families to vital agency programs and services.
- School Collaboration: We work closely with school staff and administration to support students' academic and social success.
- Transportation Assistance: We help families access local and community events by providing transportation when needed.
- Community Involvement: Our team actively hosts, volunteers, and participates in school and agency events to foster strong community connections.
- Summer Therapeutic Enrichment Camp: We proudly organize and operate enriching summer camp experiences, continuing our support beyond the school year.
