Diversion and Reentry Services (DARS) supports returning citizens in Anne Arundel County by delivering evidence‑based, wrap‑around reentry programming. What We Do:

DARS is the central hub for all Anne Arundel County Community Action Agency reentry initiatives. We implement evidence-based, targeted interventions that address the unique needs of our clients, providing comprehensive support through their reentry journey.
